Traditional banks charge 1.5% exchange fees outside the euro zone. Neobanks (Revolut, N26) offer 0% on payments, sometimes with a monthly cap.

Yes, around €1,100/month net at traditional banks. Prepaid cards (Revolut, N26) don't require minimum income.
